Values are our only real compass in life and once identified, we can spend our lives taking action in the spirit of nourishing them. Even if we don’t always succeed every time we engage in them, we never fail.

Joy is derived from living our life true to our values. We just need to find out what they are and develop actionable goals which speak to them.
